2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

3. How do I return an item?
We offer a 14-day return policy for your convenience. To initiate a return:

  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Processing & Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days within Australia.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.

5. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at yodazn0@gmail.com or call +61 3 6229 5033. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been shipped.

7. Is shipping free?
Yes! Standard shipping is completely free on all orders within Australia.

8. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.
